The provision of a trip computer, traction control, brakeforce distribution and a hill-holder brake-system suggest a higher price tag than the Punto inflicts.

Dual front, front-side and full-length curtain airbags -- and an optional knee-bag for the driver helps the Punto to a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating.
